- The promotion period and staying period of these Family Packages are from now to 30 November 2019.
- The booking period of these Family Packages is from now to 30 November 2019.
- The check out date of these Family Packages must be on or before 1 December 2019.
- These Family Packages are applicable to individual booking only.
- These Family Packages are applicable to the Triple Room, 4-Person Room & 4-Person Private Dormitory of YHA Jockey Club Mt. Davis Youth Hostel and the Tent in Room & 4-Person Private Dormitory of YHA Bradbury Jockey Club Tai Mei Tuk Youth Hostel only.
- The quota of designated room types is limited and subjected to availability, first-come first-served.
- Reservation of these Family Packages can be made by calling (852) 2788 1638 or sending email to [email protected] with subject “Suburban Hostels Family Packages – hostel name”. Bookings at hostel reception will not be entertained.
- The check in time for these Family Packages is after 4pm; and late check out before 12pm is applicable.
- Please be noted that guests of these Family Packages must provide a valid membership card at check in. If guests are not a member of YHA or HI, one of the staying guests of that Family Package must be aged from 5 to 17, otherwise guests are required to pay to apply at least one YHA Senior Membership at hostel reception during check in. All Non-Members must complete the Membership Application before staying in the hostel. Each YHA Member is entitled to bring a maximum of 3 Non-Members.

‧ Each Triple Room is capable for maximum 3 guests; while each 4-Person Room or 4-Person Private Dormitory is capable for maximum 4 guests.
‧ Each Triple Room Family Package consists of three free DIY breakfasts; while each 4-Person Room Family Package or 4-Person Private Dormitory Family Package consists of four free DIY breakfasts. The number of free DIY breakfasts will be cumulative if more than 1 night of Family Packages is booked.

‧ Each Tent in Room can enjoy one extra bed for free and is capable for maximum 3 guests. The extra bed service is by request during making a reservation; while each 4-Person Private Dormitory is capable for maximum 4 guests.
‧ Each Tent in Room Family Package consists of three free DIY light meals; while each 4-Person Room Family Package or 4-Person Private Dormitory Family Package consists of four free DIY light meals. Each DIY kight meal includes one pack/bowl of instant noodle and one packet drink (depends on actual availability, no option will be provided). The number of free DIY light meals will be cumulative if more than 1 night of Family Packages is booked.
‧ The free gifts of each Tent in Room Family Package consists of one 1-Year YHA Junior Membership, two HK$30 Accommodation Gift Voucher issued by Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association and one Limited Cartoon Character Hooded Towel or Fleece Blanket; while that of each 4-Person Private Dormitory Family Package consists of one 1-Year YHA Junior Membership, two HK$30 Accommodation Gift Voucher issued by Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association and two Limited Cartoon Character Hooded Towels or Fleece Blankets. The number of free gifts is counted per reservation, for a reservation consists of more than 1 night or 1 type of Family Packages, the number of free gifts will not be cumulative. The number of free gifts will be counted base on the Family Package that capable for more guests. - Free gifts must be redeemed by the staying guests of the Family Packages.
- 1-Year YHA Junior Membership must be registered by staying guests of the Family Packages who are aged between 5 and 17. Each qualified guest can redeem one 1-Year YHA Junior Membership only during the promotion period. The Membership is not transferrable after completing the Membership Application Form. The Membership will be expired on the last day of the membership card issuing month in 2020.
- The 1-Year YHA Junior Membership Application must be completed during check in. If customers fail to complete the application, it is assumed that they abandon their right to redeem the gift.
- The quota of gifts is limited, first-come first-served.
- The gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, any other items or offers and are bound by corresponding Terms and Conditions.
- Once the gifts are redeemed and collected, Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) will not reissue or provide any compensation if the gifts are lost, damaged or stolen.
- Customers who successfully made a reservation of any Family Packages mentioned above and settled the payment will receive a Redemption Letter issued by HKYHA. Customers must present the redemption letter to hostel staff during check in in order to redeem the DIY breakfasts/light meals and free gifts. Either printed version or digital version is acceptable. If customers fail to present the letter, it is assumed that they abandon their right to redeem the DIY breakfasts/light meals and free gifts.
- The full payment of any Family Packages must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly during reservation.
- Once the reservation of any Family Packages is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
- The room bookings of Family Packages are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
- HKYHA has the right to amend any details of the Family Packages or replace them with alternative gifts without prior notice.
- These Family Packages offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- HKYHA has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
