- The staying period of these Christmas Family Packages is from 1 to 31 December 2019.
- The check out date of these Christmas Family Packages must be on or before 1 January 2020.
- These Christmas Family Packages are applicable to individual booking only.
- These Christmas Family Packages are applicable to the Twin/Double/Family Room, Themed Twin/Double/Family Room & 8-Person Private Dormitory of YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel only.
- The quota of designated room types is limited and subjected to availability, first-come first-served.

Besides, online bookings on our official website are also available for Twin/Double/Family Room Christmas Family Package or Themed Twin/Double/Family Room Christmas Family Package.
- The check in time for these Christmas Family Packages is after 4pm; late check out before 2pm is applicable.
- Each Twin/Double Room or Themed Twin/Double Room can enjoy one extra bed for free and is capable for maximum 3 guests. The extra bed service is by request during making a reservation. The quota of extra bed service is limited and subjected to availability, first-come first-served.
- Each Family Room or Themed Family Room is capable for maximum 5 guests, the 5th staying guest must be aged 5 or below.
- Each 8-Person Private Dormitory is capable for maximum 8 guests.
- Each Twin/Double Room Christmas Family Package or Themed Twin/Double Room Christmas Family Package consists of two free breakfasts; each Family/Themed Family Room Christmas Family Package consists of four free breakfasts; while each 8-Person Private Dormitory Christmas Family Package consists of eight free breakfasts. Breakfasts are provided by Mei Ho Cafe. The number of free breakfasts will be cumulative if more than 1 night of Christmas Family Packages is booked. HK$30 will be charged for each extra breakfast.
- The free gifts of each Christmas Family Package consists of one 1-Year YHA Junior Membership, one HK$50 Accommodation Gift Voucher of YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel, two Limited Cartoon Character Hooded Towel or Fleece Blanket and one Limited Welcome Pack.
- Free gifts are on per-booking basis and the quantity of each item will not be cumulative if multiple nights or multiple Christmas Family Packages are booked within the same booking.
- Free gifts can be redeemed by the staying guests of the Family Packages who are aged 18 or above. During the staying period, each qualified customer can redeem free gifts for once only.
- 1-Year YHA Junior Membership must be registered by staying guests of the Christmas Family Packages who are aged between 5 and 17. This Junior Membership can also be upgraded to a 1-Year YHA Senior Membership with HK$100, which should be registered by staying guests aged 18 or above.
- Each qualified guest can redeem one free or upgraded Membership only during the staying period. The Membership is not transferrable after completing the Membership Application Form. The Membership will be expired on the last day of the membership card issuing month in 2020. Application of Membership must be completed during check in. If customers fail to complete the application, it is assumed that they abandon their right to redeem the gift.
- The quota of gifts is limited, first-come first-served.
- The gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, any other items or offers and are bound by corresponding Terms and Conditions.
- Once the gifts are redeemed and collected, Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) will not reissue or provide any compensation if the gifts are lost, damaged or stolen.
- Customers who successfully made a reservation of any Christmas Family Packages mentioned above and settled the payment will receive a Confirmation Letter issued by HKYHA. Customers must present the letter to hostel staff during check in in order to redeem the gifts. Either printed version or digital version is acceptable. If customers fail to present the letter, it is assumed that they abandon their right to redeem the gifts.
- The full payment of any Christmas Family Packages must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly during reservation.
- Once the reservation of any Christmas Family Packages is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
- The room bookings of Christmas Family Packages are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
- HKYHA has the right to amend any details of the Christmas Family Packages or replace them with alternative gifts without prior notice.
- These Christmas Family Packages offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- HKYHA has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
