Points to Note:
- The borrowed wedding items should be used inside the room only. Compensation fee will be charged for any damages or losses of the borrowed wedding items
- Please decorate the room according to hostel staff’s instruction. All tapes are prohibited. Additional cleaning fee of $2,000 will be charged for any permanent stains or damages
- Lighting candles, incense, aroma oil or any other items that will give rise to a naked flame is prohibited
- All games and ceremony should be done inside the room quietly
- Clients are not allow to have the ceremony of rice and bean throwing and use streamers, confetti, small pieces of coloured paper or flower petals in designated areas of hostel (including corridor, elevator, etc). Please contact hostel staff for details
- Car park is not available and cars are prohibited from entering the hostel

- This Room Package is applicable to the Themed Family Room of YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel only.
- This Room Package is subjected to availability, first-come first-served.
- This Room Package is applicable to individual booking only.
- The package price for this Room Package varies by date. Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) has the right to amend the price without prior notice.
- Reservation of this Room Package must be made by calling (852) 3728 3550/(852) 3728 3500, sending email to [email protected] or visiting YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel in person.
- The check in time for this Room Package is after 4pm; late check out before 2pm is applicable.
- Clients of this Room Package can borrow designated wedding items for free, including a pair of fortune cushions, a pair of LED Chinese wedding candles, a “double happiness” candy tray, a pair of Chinese wedding kneeling cushions and a Chinese wedding teapot set (with 4 tea cups). These borrowed wedding items should be used inside the room only. Compensation fee will be charged for any damages or losses of the borrowed wedding items.
- Clients can rent a Chinese red wedding 4-piece bed sheet set at HK$180. Compensation fee will be charged for any damages or losses of this bed sheet set.
- Each Themed Family Room is capable for adding maximum 1 extra bed with a fee of HK$300. Extra bed is subjected to availability, first-come first-served.
- Each Room Package consists of a pack of red wedding envelop as free gift. The gift cannot be redeemed for cash, any other items or offers. Once the gift is redeemed and collected, HKYHA will not reissue or provide any compensation if the gift is lost, damaged or stolen.
- Client must decorate the room according to hostel staff’s instruction. All tapes are prohibited. Additional cleaning fee of $2,000 will be charged for any permanent stains or damages.

- The full payment of this Room Package must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly during reservation.
- Once the reservation of this Room Package is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
- The room bookings of this Room Package are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
- HKYHA has the right to amend any details of this Room Package or replace them with alternative gift without prior notice.
- This Room Package offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
