Terms & Conditions

1. Limited quota, first-come first-served.
2. The Validity Period and Booking Period of the Promotion Codes is from 1 August 2021 to 30 September 2021 (both dates inclusive).
3. The Promotion Codes are applicable to bookings with a staying period from 1 September 2021 to 30 November 2021 (both dates inclusive).
4. The Promotion Code “MHH5000” is eligible to YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel only; while the Promotion Code “5000” is applicable to 6 local hostels only, including YHA Jockey Club Mt. Davis Youth Hostel, YHA Bradbury Jockey Club Tai Mei Tuk Youth Hostel, YHA Ngong Ping SG Davis Youth Hostel, YHA Pak Sha O Youth Hostel, YHA Bradbury Hall Chek Keng Youth Hostel and YHA Sze Lok Yuen Tai Mo Shan Youth Hostel.
5. This Offer is eligible to individual booking only.
6. The Promotion Codes are eligible to any room types and any rate that bookable directly on HKYHA official website only, which are not applicable to bookings that are made thru reservation hotline, via email or in person.
7. Guests MUST provide enough valid membership card(s) upon check in, with exception for guests of YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel who book with non-member rate. If guests are not a member of YHA or HI, they can apply for the membership via HKYHA official website instantly or at hostel reception at the time of check in.
8. Each member can bring a maximum of three non-members to stay in our hostels. Non-Member Rate should be charged when non-members stay in designated room types (i.e. Dormitory Bed) and this offer will no longer be applicable. HKYHA staff will charge those non-members for the price difference upon their check in if necessary.
9. Guests must apply designated Promotion Code at the time of booking before payment page to enjoy corresponding discount.
10. Only one Promotion Code can be used for each booking and the discount will be calculated per booking.
11. The full payment of an online room booking must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly upon reservation.
12. Once the booking is confirmed, no alteration or cancellation shall be entertained. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
13. All bookings are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
14. The Promotion Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts that cannot be booked on HKYHA official website.
15. HKYHA has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
