Terms & Condition:

1. Limited quota, first-come first-served.
2. The Promotion Period of this Package is from now to 23^rd September 2022 (both dates inclusive).
3. The Booking & Staying Period of this Package is from now to 30^th September 2022 (both dates inclusive).
4. This Package is applicable to designate campsite of YHABradbury Jockey Club Tai Mei Tuk Youth Hostel
5. Reservation of this Package can be made via official website, by calling (852) 2788 1638 or sending email to [email protected]. Bookings of this Package cannot be made directly at hostel.
6. Guests are required to bring their own camping equipment,only one tent is allowed for each designated campsite area. For any cases of violation, the hostel will immediately terminate the stay of the guests without any refund.
7. As refer to the latest situation, the number of staying guests for each tent should not be more than 4 people. For any cases of violation, the hostel will immediately terminate the stay of the guests without any refund. If the hostel suffers any losses or receives any fines from authorized authority as a result, Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) and the hostel shall reserve the right to claim compensation from the guests.
8. The check-in time for this Package is at 4pm; while the check-out time is at 11am on the next day.
9. Guests MUST provide enough valid membership card(s) upon check in. If guests are not a member of YHA or HI, they can apply for the membership via Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) official website instantly or at hostel reception at the time of check in. Each member of individual membership can bring a maximum of three non-members to stay in the same campsite.
10. This package includes free use of an barbeque stove and a BBQ pack for 1-4 persons and the reservation for BBQ pack is required to be made at least 7 days prior to the check in date.
11. This package includes free use of public facilities, including toilets, showers and self-catering kitchen & canteen.
12. Please keep the campsite area and facilities clean, and take your own litter back before leaving the campsite. Otherwise a cleaning fee of HK$500 will be charged.
13. No smoking inside hostel area and Campsite area.
14. No fire is allowed within Campsite area.
15. No electricity supply within Campsite area.
16. The full payment of the Package must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly during reservation.
17. Once the reservation of the Package is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
18. The Package is also bound by theTerms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
19. HKYHA has the right to amend any details of the Package without prior notice.
20. The Package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
21. HKYHA has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
