The official website of “Jockey Club Mei Ho House Hong Kong Spirit Learning Programme”, supported with the generous donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, is now launched!  The website provides lesson modules, teaching materials as well as details of the essay competition and school guided tours for online browsing and free downloading.

The programme aims to bring students out of the classroom to listen former residents’ stories, to see the living conditions in the old days and to learn about the subsequent development of the area, through which they will be sure to better understand the resilience of spirit of an earlier generation as they strove for a better life in Hong Kong in the difficult post war years.
