Group Booking Promotion-01

New Group Client Discount
New Group Client (Organization) can enjoy 10% off discount when making group reservation of beds or rooms at HKYHA 7 hostels and adhering to group booking criteria.

Booking Period: Until September 30 2019

Staying Period: Until November 30 2019

 

Booking Methods:

  • YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel: Please send email with your booking details (including organization name) to [email protected]
  • Other hostels: Please fill in the group reservation form and email to [email protected]

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Booking period is until September 30 2019.
  2. Staying period is until November 30 2019.
  3. This promotion is applicable to group reservation made through group coordinators, and not applicable to on-site booking.
  4. This promotion is applicable to groups / organizations that have never booked any of the HKYHA hostels.
  5. This promotion is applicable to all room types and dorm beds of the 7 hostels, but not applicable to tents, bell tents, bring own tents, day/evening camp or any additional items.
  6. Group reservation requirement: YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel: 9 units of dormitory beds or private rooms every night are required;Other hostels: 9 persons every night are required.
  1. The quota of all room types and dorm beds are limited, first-come first-served.
  2. Once the booking is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
  3. Group membership is required for booking all hostels except for YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel. Application for group membership can be done at the time of booking.
  4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (except for Free Usage of Multi-purpose Room Promotion).
  5. Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.

 

Free Usage of Multi-purpose Room

Details: Groups making reservation of 9 dormitory beds or above every night can enjoy usage of the multi-purpose room free of charge for one hour.

  3. This promotion is applicable to all room types and dorm beds of the 4 selected hostels, but not applicable to tents, bell tents or bring own tents.
  4. Function room must be booked through group coordinators. All time slots are first-come first-served. Groups cannot enjoy the promotion if all time slots during the stay period are booked.
  5. The usage of the function room must be within the stay period (after check-in time and before check-out time).
  6. The number of hours of free usage is equal to the number of nights booked as a group reservation. For instance, if group booking is made for three nights’ accommodation, three hours of function room are granted for free during the staying period.
  7. This promotion is applicable to group reservation made through group coordinators, and not applicable to on-site booking.
  8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (except for New Group Client Promotion).
  9. Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
