Event 1: Shing Mun Redoubt – Military relics conservation camp
(2 days 1 night)
Do you know that apart from the elegant Cajeput forest, Shing Mun Reservoir also houses a mysterious castle? It’s Shing Mun Redoubt!
Join us in an exciting adventure into the castle on Nov 7-8 with guided tours, first-hand conservation work experience, and share your ideas with new friends while enjoying a lovely barbecue dinner!

Event 2: Mount Davis – Military relics conservation camp (2 days 1 night)
Participants will be guided to visit WWII military relics established in the early 20th century on Mount Davis, including 9.2 inch batteries Artillery Command Headquarters and some concealed structures to have a taste of the vivid wartime scenes. You will also take part in first-hand conservation work and share a delicious barbeque meal with new friends.

Event 3: Luk Keng (Taipo) Redoubt – Military relics conservation camp
(2 days 1 night)
Luk Keng Mountain in Taipo is famous for its amazing scenery, but few know about its hidden wartime treasures – pillboxes, observation posts, wells and war trenches. They are not easy to find and best visited with professional guides.
Participants will be guided to explore the mysterious old war sites to find out more about Hong Kong’s military relics. There will also be an eco night walk along the sandy beach in Tai Mei Tuk which will introduce you to different kinds of natural creatures.
Date: Mar 12-13, 2015 (Sat-Sun)
