Front Desk Supervisor (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the Front Desk operation
 - Supervise team members in Front Office to maintain smooth operation
 - Handle and respond guests’ inquiries and complaints
 - Be attentive to hostel security and safety requirements
 - To report manager regarding incidents happening in the hostel by recording the details, including actions taken and results in the log book
 - Perform other tasks assigned by manager
 
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Hotel Management or related disciplines
 - Minimum of 1-2years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
 - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
 - With basic computer knowledge and skill, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and English/Chinese typing, etc.
 - Able to work independently and attend shift duties (07:00-16:00 / 15:00-00:00)
 - Immediate availability is highly preferred
 - Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
