A. If announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or Typhoon Signal No.3 is likely to be hoisted / hoisted between 12:00noon and 11:00pm on the check-in date, guests who make the reservation may change the staying date once for free. If the aforesaid warning or typhoon signal is lowered or cancelled before 12:00noon, guests who make the reservation have to check in as scheduled otherwise will be deemed to be a ‘no show’ and no refunds will be made.
B. If announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or Typhoon Signal No.3 is likely to be hoisted / hoisted during your stay. In house guests may choose to leave the hostel before its closing hours by informing the hostel staff at the time and may change the staying date once for free. Guests may only reschedule the remaining nights while the stayed nights are non-refundable. If guests decide to stay at the hostel, no refunds will be made.
C. Concerning the adverse weather arrangements stated above, affected guests must contact the HKYHA reservation center via email ([email protected]) to confirm the rescheduled check in date within 5 working days after the day which rainstorm warning or typhoon signal was announced by the Hong Kong Observatory. The new check in date must be within 3 months of the original check in date. If the price of the rescheduled date is higher than the original price, guest needs to pay the price difference. If the price of the rescheduled date is lower than the original price, no refund will be made.
