  4. This offer is applicable to online applications of designated individual memberships via our official website(eligible to Hong Kong residents only), it is not applicable to applications via email, in-person, mail or fax.
  5. The 2 accommodation coupons will be delivered with membership card together. The valid date of the 2 accommodation coupons for stay on or before 30 September 2023.
  6. The membership fee payment of designated individual memberships must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly at application.
  7. If any individual applies more than one designated individual membership during the promotion period, the duration of his/her membership will not be cumulative and the expiry date of his/her membership will be counted on his/her last application.
  8. Once the application of designated individual membership is confirmed (including duplicate application), no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
  9. Designated individual membership is bound by Membership Rules and Regulations.
  10. Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) has the right to amend any details of the offer without prior notice.
