Terms & Conditions:

1. Limited quota, first-come first-served.
2. The Promotion & Booking Period is from 15 December 2020 to 28 February 2021 (both dates inclusive).
3. The Staying Period is from 18 December 2020 to 28 February 2021 (both dates inclusive).
4. The Promotion is applicable to individual booking only.
5. The Promotion is applicable to YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel only.
6. The Promotion is applicable to booking of Private Dormitory of the above-mentioned hostel that check in within designated Staying Period and make within Promotion Period only.
7. Reservation of Private Dormitory can be made via official website, by calling (852) 3728 3550/(852) 3728 3500, sending email to [email protected] or visiting YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel in person.
8. Private Dormitory provides Single Bed or Bunk Bed, which the hostel will assign the bed type to the guests upon check in.
9. Each Private Dormitory is capable for a maximum of 4 persons. For any cases of violation, the hostel will immediately terminate the stay of the guests without any refund. If the hostel suffers any losses or receives any fines from authorised authority as a result, Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA) and the hostel shall reserve the right to claim compensation from the guests.
10. The check in time of the Private Dormitory is after 4pm while the check out time is on or before 11am.
11. Reward 2 is applicable to any bookings of designated hostel with a check in date among designated Staying Period.
12. Each qualified booking (per order) will get one designated 50% Discount Accommodation Coupon during check in. Unless advanced approval is obtained from HKYHA, no Coupon will be given to the guests who reschedule their bookings to another staying period (if applicable) or fail to check in within the designated Staying Period.
13. Coupon in limited stock, first-come first-served.
14. Only the staying guests of the qualified bookings who aged 18 or above can redeem the Coupon.
15. The Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash, any other items or offers and are bound by corresponding Terms and Conditions.
16. Once the Coupon is redeemed and collected, HKYHA will not reissue or provide any compensation if the gifts are lost, damaged or stolen.
17. The full payment of any bookings must be settled and deducted by the chosen method instantly during reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or transfer shall be entertained, and all payment is not refundable.
18. All room bookings are bound by the Terms and Conditions for Room Reservation.
19. HKYHA has the right to amend any details of this promotion, or replace the Coupon with alternative gift(s) without prior notice.
20. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
21. HKYHA has the sole and final decision in case of any disputes.
