Booking in Person |

Please make your payment in cash or through credit card.
If you wish to make a group booking for an organization by cheque, please make sure the reservation form bears the chop of your organization, and please come to our office for the reservation procedures at least 10 working days ahead of the proposed check-in date. |

Booking by Fax |

Members can make a call to our office directly for the availability. If reservation is needed, members can fax the completed reservation form to our office. After receiving confirmation, members can make a full payment by a crossed cheque (payable to “Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association”) or through credit card (with a completed credit card payment slip). A booking confirmation slip will be issued afterwards. Please bear in mind that no changes can be made to the reservation once the booking confirmation slip is issued. The booking confirmation slip is to be handed in to the hostels manager upon check-in. |

Booking by Post |

Please send the completed reservation form together with full payment to our office. Please make sure your reservation arrives at our office at least 3 weeks ahead of the proposed check-in date to avoid postal delay. The payment should be made with a crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association”. Do Not Mail with Cash. |

Booking Online through IBN |

The reservation can be confirmed immediately if you make your booking through the IBN (International Booking Network) for Jockey Club Mt. Davis Hostel, Bradbury Jockey Club Youth Hostel (Tai Mei Tuk, Tai Po), or the Hong Kong Bank Foundation SG Davis Hostel (Ngong Ping on Lantau Island). Credit card payment of a handling charge and 5% of the overnight charge is required upon successful reservation; the remaining charge will be made upon check-in at the designated hostel. Extra charge will be incurred for non-members.
HKYHA is not responsible for reservations made with International Youth Hostels Federation through the International Booking Network.
Please note that a charge ranging from 5% - 25% of the total overnight payment will be incurred with every amendment to or cancellation of a confirmed booking made through the International Booking Network.
Bookings have to be made at least 3 - 7 working days ahead of the proposed check-in date in most of the cases. Earliest booking can be made 6 months in advance.
